Staff Council

The Klein College of Science Staff Council serves as a collaborative, community‑focused body dedicated to supporting and uplifting the staff who form the backbone of KCOS. Representing staff perspectives across departments, the Council works to surface questions and ideas, address workplace needs, and strengthen communication throughout the College.

In addition to fostering a sense of belonging and connection through staff‑centered events and engagement opportunities, the Council promotes professional growth by coordinating training and development programs, and contributing to awards and recognitions that celebrate the achievements of KCOS staff.

As the Council continues to refine its guiding constitution and structure, it remains committed to building a supportive environment where staff feel heard, valued and empowered.
