Bank of America Award for Teaching Excellence

The Bank of America Award for Teaching Excellence is one of the most important and prestigious traditions at UNC Charlotte. Established in 1968, this award honors outstanding tenured teachers on our campus and provides an example of the University’s commitment to excellence in teaching.

Recipients of the Bank of America Award for Teaching Excellence become the UNC Charlotte nominees for the UNC Board of Governors Award for Excellence in Teaching the following year.
